It gives your people the space, privacy and routine of a home, with a dedicated workspace and everything needed to live and work comfortably from day one.

A furnished home instead of a hotel room
For stays longer than a few nights, a hotel room gets small quickly. At Ebstad Luxe each guest has a real bedroom, there is a living room to unwind in after work, and a full kitchen and dining table make it easy to keep normal routines. The private, fully fenced backyard and residential setting make evenings quieter than a downtown hotel.
The home is a single detached house rented as an entire place, so your team is never sharing walls, kitchens or bathrooms with strangers.
Built for work trips, project teams and relocations
Engineers on a site project, consultants on a client engagement, new hires searching for a permanent home, and visiting researchers at the University of Waterloo or Wilfrid Laurier University all need the same things: a quiet place to work, reliable Wi-Fi, laundry, and a kitchen. Ebstad Luxe has all of them, plus heating and air conditioning for Waterloo's winters and summers.
For relocations, the home works as a base while employees view neighbourhoods, register children for school and wait for their own keys. Long-term stays are allowed, and housekeeping is available at extra cost.
Booking and paying as a company
You can book and pay the full stay online by card through our secure Stripe checkout. If your company prefers to be invoiced, choose “Request to book without paying now” at the final step and we will confirm your dates and invoice you directly.
Stays of 30 continuous nights or more are exempt from HST, which the price breakdown applies automatically. Online booking covers stays of up to 90 nights; for longer assignments, contact us and we will arrange it.

Can our company be invoiced instead of paying by card?
Yes. At the final booking step choose “Request to book without paying now”. We confirm the dates with you and invoice the company directly.
Is there a place to work?
Yes. The home has a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi, and the dining table and living room give additional space for a second person working.
How many colleagues can stay together?
Up to 8 guests across three bedrooms. The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests; the 7th and 8th guest are CAD 35 per guest per night.
Is HST charged on longer corporate stays?
Stays of 30 continuous nights or more are exempt from HST, and the online price breakdown removes it automatically.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Self check-in with a lockbox is from 4 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.
